Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw §3.C.iii.1.a, I, David Ashby, as Anarch Coordinator, do so propose the following. It should be noted that this proposal has the potential to autopass.

Reasoning

We on team Anarch would like to present to you the 2018 Anarch Magic in the Movement Packet (Round 2). 
 
 
There are many changes to this packet from the last one. So many in fact it will change the whole vision of Anarch Magic and what mechanics it will use from here on out. This includes:
 
  • Changing the paths that each Paradigm has access to in order to match the source material as close as possible. 
  • A note that previously approved paths that no longer exist in any of the Paradigms cannot be taught to any other PC or NPC that was not already approved by previous Coordinators. 
  • Adding common rituals from other Paradigms.  
  • Hacking mechanics for converting rituals. 
  • Previously approved Anarch Curses and their write ups have been added. 
  • Added mechanics for Anarch Curses and Anarch Waves that allow us to forgo the need for BAs. 
  • Provided MET conversions for all rituals that are from a table top sources. Thus giving players access to Org approved source material, as dictated by Org bylaw. 
  • We have added a note to the Camarilla Genre page that states that the contents are suggestion only. This was in response to feedback from multiple sources.  
If this packet passes we will be eliminating all BAs for Anarch Magic (Waves and Curses). There will full grandfathering for everything already approved by the previous Coordinators. 
 
I'd like to thank my team for their help putting this together. Again they have done a great job in putting up with me and my vision for this packet.
