Structure of the Bylaws to be formalized
Keep the same format that now exists for the bylaws, which will be in three sections:
Administrative - those bylaws dealing directly with administrative matters, such as how to format a vote, what the election schedule is, and what is allowed when from WW books.
Character Creation - those bylaws that deal with character creation, such as R&U categories, experience caps and gaining, and the inigo montoya clause.
Coordinator - those bylaws dealing with the job functions and roles within OWbN of any Coordinator position.
I don't believe there has ever been a formal vote on this matter, and frankly, we need a specific format. One that Council agrees to as a body, so that going forward, there is no doubt. Currently, I could change the format, and not bother with Council approval. I don't like this, and realize it is a tad more of bureaucracy, but definitely needed. Hopefully, as we go through the document, glaring holes within the bylaws or overcoverage will occur to us all.
I'm not actually sure if this should fall in the bylaws or the charter, but will bow to Council on their placement of this.
