Clan Nosferatu Genre Packet
In accordance with Coordinator bylaw 3.c.iii -iii) Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.
Due to some communications issues and misconceptions from last year, the Nos genre document has been re-vamped thoroughly this year to flesh out any current inconsistencies, and add some detailed mechanics as needed. The attached document is long - very long in fact (at 47 pages). It's possibly daunting. However, please also realize that the vast majority of this document is meant specifically to be guidance for OWbN chronicles, and most of these pages are optional pieces of information or roleplay guidance.
A good portion of this document remains similar to what was produced by the 2005 Nosferatu team, but it has been adjusted for the detailed mechanics as needed.
Future steps will be to remove the roleplay-only aspects of this large document, and fit it into a non-genre binding roleplay guide for reference material. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to get in touch. After this document passes, it will be distributed immediately to the ST list, and put up on the Nosferatu website for public access.
P.S. Thanks to my proof-readers and Cedar Rapids, IA for the early playtest!
