Hajj and Sihr Magic (autopass)
Preamble: This proposal is being put forth in adherence to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii. Relevant bylaw text is copied below. It has the support of the Nosferatu Coordinator.
We are making Hajj, Coordinator Approval and Sihr Blood Magic looped into Dur-an-Ki or otherwise noted as Assamite Sorcery and needs the approval of both the Nosferatu Coordinator as well as the Assamite Coordinator.
Veil of night The Destiny of Sihr pg 160 says, "Indeed several sihr paths and rituals are lost over the next 900 years, with only the Hedayat Iman of the Hajj surviving (more or less) intact to the 21st century. The other paths and rituals simply fade from use or are subsumed into Assamite sorcery, though one never knows when an ancient will wake from torpor and restore the lost knowledge to the world."
There are other small mentions of Sihr in Cairo by Night, and in Caines Chosen. However past that the above is the important reference to make our point.
Bylaw: Coordinator Bylaw 3.c.ii states that Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U Named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion and that if no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable.
